Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This policy explains what OOTD collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account — your email address and sign-in details.
- Photos you upload — used to identify and catalogue clothing, and as input to outfit images you request.
- Wardrobe and outfits — the items, attributes, generated looks and style preferences in your account.
- Stylist conversations — kept so you can resume them; automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
- Purchases — your plan and purchase status. Card details are handled by Apple, Google or our payment processor and never reach us.
- Website preview — photos used in the no-signup preview are processed to produce the result and are not stored. We keep a salted, irreversible hash of your network address for the day to enforce preview limits.
How it is used
Only to run the Service: building your wardrobe, answering your stylist requests, generating the images you ask for, managing your subscription, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
AI processing (Google Gemini)
OOTD's AI features run on Google's Gemini API. When you use them — importing photos, chatting with the stylist, or generating a try-on — we send Google LLC: the photos you import or attach, photos and descriptions of the wardrobe items involved, your messages to the stylist, the style preferences you have shared, and your reference photo if you add one for try-ons. It is used only to identify clothing, answer your request, and create the images you ask for.
The app asks your permission before any of this is sent, and you can withdraw it at any time in Account; without it, AI features are switched off but your wardrobe stays available. Data is sent from our servers on Google Cloud under Google's paid Gemini API terms, under which the content is not used to improve Google's products, and Google is bound by data-processing terms that protect it at least as well as this policy does.
Service providers
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud — accounts, storage, database and hosting.
- Google Gemini API — AI analysis and image generation. Your content is sent to it to fulfil your requests.
- RevenueCat, Apple, Google and Stripe — subscription processing.
- Vercel — website hosting.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays in your account until you delete it. You can delete individual items and looks at any time, and you can delete your entire account from the app (Account → Delete account), which permanently removes your wardrobe, photos, looks and conversations. Cancelling a store subscription is separate — please also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact support@agenticootd.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
OOTD is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
