Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of OOTD on the web, iOS and Android (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. The Service is operated by Haileleul Zeyede HAILE, entrepreneur individuel, SIRET 101 723 658 00015 (see Mentions légales). These terms are governed by French law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

The Service

OOTD lets you build a digital wardrobe from your photos, get outfit suggestions from an AI stylist, and generate AI images of outfits. AI output can be imperfect: colours, fit and details in generated images are illustrations, not guarantees of how clothing will look in person.

Subscriptions and billing

• Access requires a paid subscription. There is no free trial; a limited preview is available on our website without an account.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
• Purchases on iPhone are billed through your Apple ID and managed in your App Store settings. Purchases on Android are billed through Google Play and managed there. Web purchases are processed by our payment providers and managed from your account.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of new try-on images, which resets each calendar month (UTC) and does not roll over. Top-up packs are one-time purchases and do not expire while your account is active.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. For web purchases, contact us.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. When you subscribe on our website, you expressly ask for the Service to start immediately and acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). You can still cancel renewal at any time. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not upload images of other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, sexual, hateful or harassing content, and no images of minors.
• No attempts to circumvent usage limits, scrape the Service, or resell generated output in bulk.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Generated images

You may use images generated for you for personal purposes, including sharing them. Generated images are produced by third-party AI models and may not be unique.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
